Prices are grouped into low and high seasons as follows :-

Low 6th January to 31st May (excluding Easter)
High 1st June to 31st October
Low 1st November to 14th December
High 15th December to 5th January

Prices for above dates :-

Low £ 430 / U.S. $ 830 Per week
High £ 520 / U.S. $ 1000 Per week

Easter weeks £ 520 / U.S. $ 1000 Per week.
Pool heating, if required is £ 60 / U.S. $ 115 per week.

NOTE :- Prices for low occupancy can be negotiated.
20 % deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 2 calendar months before departure.

A refundable deposit of £ 120 / U.S. $ 230 to be paid, to cover any loss or damage.

To make life easier when you get there we can provide a welcome pack to be in the villa for your arrival. This includes essential items such as tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread etc. Please ask about this service when booking.
